Throughout the years I was involved in volleyball, Spanish club, Latino leadership and flag football.
I’m most proud of being involved at PR. There have been many opportunities, and it helped me with rejection. The word has a different meaning. It was okay to fail.
My time at PR has also taught me that it is okay to be out of your comfort zone.
My favorite teacher is Mr. Powell. He treats everyone with kindness, he makes his class fun but interesting. I have had him for 2 years as my math teacher, and I always would look forward to that class.
Next year I will be going to boot camp during the fall. Then after winter I will be in Hawaii studying Marine biology at University of Hawaii at Hilo. My hope is to swim with a great white.
