Kamden York

a senior to know

I am going to miss my daily talks with the test makeup/detention teacher, Mr. Czarnecki. He has always been someone that I was able to talk to, even if it is only for 3 minutes between passing periods. Every day I learn something new from him in the most positive way possible.

I hope to be remembered as someone teachers bring up when talking about someone that was motivated and friendly. I grew up with the mindset of treat others with respect. I tried my best to make sure that everyone I crossed path with during my high school years would leave talking to me with a smile on their face, but having said that I also understood that if someone didn’t respect me I would not give them that respect back. It’s that thought of “you get what you give.”

Next year I plan on taking online courses at MCC to further my education in Criminal Justice to become a police officer. While taking online courses I plan on also traveling throughout the United States to continue my racing dream, racing my Super Late Model Stock Car. I am super excited to see where my racing career takes me next year, and I’m excited to travel and spend time with my family while doing so.
