For the senior edition published at the end of the year, seniors identified which activities they enjoyed most and why. Here’s what they had to say:

Choir because it helped me make friends – AJ Weber
The musical because I love singing and dancing. I also loved summer running and Track. – Alli Clark
Track and Field, Student Council, Class Officer, Senior Class Project – Anna Miller
Football managing because I gained a ton of friends and got to experience the coolness of going to state . . . TWICE! – Anna Nash
Cheer, it has taught me so much about myself and I was able to meet so many amazing people along the way. I can’t complain about cheering for the back to back state champs for both years. – Ashley Blitek
Madrigals because it’s fun to sing in a small group and grow closer to them – Audrey Peterson
My favorite extracurricular activity was helping out with the musicals. I loved the environment of the fine arts because everyone involved are such accepting, caring people. – Baylee Todd

I don’t have a favorite because everyone that I was involved in was absolutely amazing! These included Volleyball, Class Officers, Link Crew and Student Council – Hayley Smith
Basketball and Baseball because I had a lot of fun with the group of guys on my teams. – Hunter Morlock

Musical! Working backstage, collaborating with other theater branches and putting on a show together has been my absolute favorite experience. – Megan Anderson
Some of my favorite extracurricular activities were cheerleading, student council, and senior project. I loved the people that I met and have become close friends with and I loved being involved with the school to help make it a more enjoyable place for everyone! – Melina Weil

My favorite extracurricular most definitely was pit orchestra for musical. Being with so many amazing, talented people playing incredibly difficult music in the dark pit under the stage led to so many inside jokes and fits of silent laughter.
