The thing I will miss most about high school is the people. I’ve met so many incredible and kind people through the theater program that I’m sad I won’t see next year, as well as many teachers who’ve taught my favorite classes.

I’m proud that I was able to bring my outside interests into school. This year I co-founded PR’s Film Club, which I hope will continue to be a community where people who love film can come together for years to come. I also co-student directed this year’s spring play, Puffs, and I’m really proud of the final result.

I’m really looking forward to adapting to a place that is very different from Crystal Lake. I will be attending Emerson College in Boston, which seems like a really cool city that I’m excited to explore. I’m also eager to meet other film majors who share the same passion for film that I do.
