Matthew: Good morning Wolves, and happy ACT week. Good luck to all of the test takers!
Morgan: Juniors and Seniors, listen up for these important prom deadlines! If you are bringing a non-PR guest or underclassman, that form must be signed by deans before Thursday at 4pm. The last day to purchase tickets ONLINE is Friday April 10th, and permission slips and table reservations must be turned in this Saturday, April 11, from 9 AM-12 PM in the foyer.
Matthew: The Student Council is hosting a Fun Run on Saturday, May 2 ~ think Epic Race meets the color toss. Groups of 4 – $5 per person – forms available in Mrs. Buck’s room, S325. All participants will receive official fun run sunglasses to wear at the event. Speaking of fun things to do, isn’t another opportunity like that coming up?
Morgan: That’s right, Matthew, all students have the option to sign up for the Toys For Tots pickleball tournament on Saturday, April 18. It is $5 per person. Sign up as a group with your club/sport for a chance to win a donut party. Bring checks made out to Toys for Tots to Mrs. Fetzner by Friday, April 17.
Matthew: The pickleball tournament will also have the collection bins for student supplies, and we are competing against Cary-Grove. This is week 2 for collecting supplies – let’s make sure we stay ahead and crush CG. Contact Charlie Ann Benton with any questions about the pickleball tournament or Toys for Tots.
Morgan: The Prairie Ridge sports schedule this week is filled with activity, so come out to see some 4:30 home games. Today, come see girls soccer or JV Baseball. Tomorrow, JV Boys Tennis has a match vs. Wauconda, Varsity Baseball plays Cary-Grove, and Varsity Softball takes on Jacobs. Good luck to all our athletes!
Matthew: Be sure to see our Wolves compete. Be here at 4:30 for the action at home today and tomorrow. Finally, we will announce The 2026 Prom Court on April 14th. Until then, stay tuned! Have a great week, Wolves!
