Ryan Fist was nominated by faculty as a class of 2020 senior to know.

[During the stay-at-home order] I’ve really enjoyed being able slow down and spend more time with my family instead of having to be on such a tight schedule. Although it’s nice being at home, I miss being able to spend time with other people and enjoy “normal” life. Staying home this long has put many things into perspective and shown me what’s really important in life.

I hope to be remembered as someone that was friendly, happy, and kind. I’ve enjoyed being able to form connections with my classmates and teachers, and I hope that they will remember me as someone that was always in a good mood and nice to other people.

My hope is that there even IS a next year! But in all seriousness, I’m looking forward to having a fresh start and having new experiences. I think it will be fun to learn new things, see new places, and meet new people.
