I was a very negative person most of the time when I was younger and didn’t look through a positive lens, but now I try to see the best out of myself and other people. I try to help and uplift others while loving myself. One thing I always tell myself is to do it for others who can’t. I consider it a blessing that I get to wake up every day and be able to do things that some others can’t.
Never give up. Your dreams aren’t as far away as you think they are. Always do something that YOU exclusively want to do. Not because of anyone else. Don’t let anyone else dictate what you can and cannot do. And when things are great/tough, rely on the people you love most because they will not be there forever.
100% I will miss the bonds that I created. Whether that was through sports, school, or just hanging out with my closer circles of friends. Also the fun memories of celebrating a victory in the Friday night lights or on the baseball diamond, the hard days of summer football/baseball practices/winter weightlifting sessions/long and stressful weeks of preparing for upcoming seasons, the long hours of sitting around a campfire and talking about life with my best friends.
I hope to be remembered as that one guy who may have not won everything, but he came through when people needed him most.
