My favorite teacher is Mr. Seyring because he is always so positive and happy to be teaching. He makes an effort to get to know all of his students, and wants the best for them. Also, I love learning about economics and he does a really great job explaining things when I don’t understand.
My favorite activity at Prairie Ridge was playing Varsity Softball all four years of high school. I was also involved in Adventure Club, Class Officer, NHS, SNHS, Spanish Club, DECA, and Pack Leaders. Some activities that I did were Power Puff, the Senior Musical, D47 Gameday, along with attending many sporting events, plays, and dances.
I am most proud of my achievements in softball like winning Regionals last year and receiving All-Conference, All-State First Team, and NWH Softball Player of the Year. I am very proud of my grades, test scores, and academic achievements. I am also proud of the person I am and the values I hold.
I would tell underclassmen to get involved by trying new things! Push yourself out of your comfort zone to meet new people and have new experiences. Also, it is very very important to get a good gym volleyball team. Live in the moment. Don’t be too worried about the next thing and focus on what is around you now. Keep an open mind about new ideas, new experiences, and new people. You never know who might be your future friend.
