I will miss seeing my amazing teachers who always supported me in times when I needed a shoulder to lean on. Laughing hysterically in the halls and parking lots of Prairie Ridge … prom and homecomings … my friends and I laughing and enjoying the last few months we have before we become truly fully grown adults.
I am most proud of my academics at Prairie Ridge. I was the “nerd” in school, always striving to put school before anything. I had every desire for good grades and in the end, it all paid off. Determination and teamwork make the dream work!
My advice for underclassmen: No matter what happens, always choose to put your mental health first. Your physical and mental health are equally the same. Always strive to be happy and healthy; your life will be as perfect as you dream it to be.
I want to be remembered as someone silly, kind, extremely academic, and responsible. I was always the person who made everyone laugh yet supported them through dark times. I will always be a shoulder to lean on because that’s what good friends are for. The smart one who always got her stuff done but was still super cool to hang out with, a best friend. That is who I want to be remembered as.
