I am very proud of the fact that when we all were faced with adversity, we all stayed positive and dealt with it. It shows how strong our school is and hopefully makes people to be proud to be a part of it.

[I will miss] the people and the faculty. They make up the unique culture of PR that I have been fortunate enough to call my home the last four years. [Thinking about not having] these same wonderful people next year makes me miss them even more.

I hope to have a very successful year at Gustavus in academics and in swimming. I’m looking forward to meeting new people, but I’m also nervous about leaving the people I have been with for so long.
